Hawkeye Point is quite in the neighborhood of Pacific Crest Trail - section 24; some brilliant nature is available in Grove of the Patriarchs. This river has it all. Why not camp at Palisades Campground if you're here at Pacific Crest Trail - section 24, and Burton Meadows is a great place here at Pacific Crest Trail - section 24.
