Now this wilderness trail is pretty long, so don't forget to pack enough supplies. Pacific Crest Trail - section 15 is 218.6 miles long; it's longer than many wilderness trails. Pacific Crest Trail - section 15 is a great
    outdoors trail of perfect length having an average number of uphill miles which makes it a good backpacking trail for experienced backcountry trekkers in good shape. This is an area covered with lots of backpacking trails. Pacific Crest Trail - section 15 gets a common amount of
annual precipitation; most of the rain falls during January, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Now, this is roughly a 33.5-day backcountry trek, so make sure you've got all your overnight gear packed. There are two trailheads to chose from, one in each end, so backpacking it one way is an option if you can arrange for a ride back. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. Here in the nice state of California backpacking is the nice thing to do. Some parts of Pacific Crest Trail - section 15 are much higher up than other parts of the  
wilderness trail, and that means that some parts of the wilderness trail could be very different from other parts of it. These great outdoors trails here in the Northern Sierra Nevada are a very perfect way to see these mountains. This vicinity does get very dry sometimes, so do check for current fire restrictions before you go if you plan to bring a stove or make a camp fire. The warmest time of the year at Pacific Crest Trail - section 15 arrives with high temperatures in the 90's, and the nighttime is a tad cooler of course, commonly in the 40's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Pacific Crest Trail - section 15. There are plenty of backcountry hiking trails in California; each one of them is well worth a backcountry walk.

Briefly about the general area:
Deer Lake Dam is an exciting thing to check out, and Pacific Crest Trail - section 15 is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Berger Campground is a nice local campground. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Bear Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth going to, and the trees of Tahoe National Forest are a great source of shade on hot summer days.
Bear Wallow Basin is a scenic location any time of year, and in case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Yuba River - North Fork. Barry Creek is right next door to Pacific Crest Trail - section 15 and is always a delight to go to, and the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Black Oak Spring. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the Northern Sierra Nevada has to offer. You are in the neighborhood of Erie Point while you're here at Pacific Crest Trail - section 15, and a tour to Pacific Crest Trail - section 15 wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Big Springs.
Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! The Northern Sierra Nevada is so good! A pleasant place next to Pacific Crest Trail - section 15 is Black Canyon. There's so much to do here at Pacific Crest Trail - section 15 that you need to camp here for a while, Packsaddle Campground is a glorious location for that. Whitewater paddling is good on Lavezzola Creek, and Boulder Creek Meadow is a great spot to check out.
