you need to camp here for a while, Morse Creek Campground is a tremendous location for that; a wonderful place for whitewater paddling is American River. Having a wonderful time at Union Creek Trail is trouble-free. A journey to Cement Basin revives the soul; Lake Basin is a magnificent spot. If you came to camp Lodgepole Campground is a good place to do that; some close by water includes Mesatchee Creek.
