Briefly about the general area: Don't forget to take a delightful
little trip to Wildhorse Creek, and if you came for an overnight stay Long Swamp Campground is a fine spot to camp. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff at Thirtymile Trail. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Northern Cascade Range.
It's a tremendous idea to take a look at Middle Fork Twentymile Creek, it's in close proximity to Thirtymile Trail, and a short tour to Bottle Spring is always worthwhile. Everybody loves Hunter Meadows; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Chewuch River. Thirtymile Meadows is a great site, and Iron Gate Campground is a nice campground nearby.
