this is not a very long great outdoors hiking trail you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. South Asotin Trail is a very short trail with an average amount of climbing distance which makes
it a perfect trail for the average person looking for a perfect adventure. Not much rainfall falls here at South Asotin Trail; the month with most of the rain is January while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Blue Mountains. Stay the night at Misery Spring Campground. South Asotin Trail is a nice place to visit for more than one day, Wickiup Campground is a nice place to camp nearby, and a short trip to Park Spring is always worthwhile.
