backpack is big enough to do the job. With its 19.4 miles of walking distance; it's a long hiking trail. Slick Ear Trail goes through some very different elevations, so keep in mind that you may need to dress differently at different elevations. As long as you like the outdoors
you will like Washington. From a rain point of view Slick Ear Trail is a reasonably typical site; the month with most of the rain is November, and July on the other hand is the driest. The wonderful trails of the Blue Mountains are a really delightful way to spend quality time
in the outdoors.

good whitewater. Put some time aside to spend at Dexter Spring while you're here at Slick Ear Trail, and a brilliant spot to camp here at Slick Ear Trail is Bear Canyon Campground. Zuger Spring is a wonderful local attraction; since you're here, you could stop at Beaver Creek. Elk Flat is a delightful site any time of year, and it's a good idea to go to Beaver Creek.
