to pick you up at the other end. The time needed for this walk is roughly 8.5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. This is a backpacking trail that is quite long, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies. Siouxon Trail
frequently gets much precipitation; December is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is July. Different parts of this hiking trail are at very different elevations, so keep in mind that you may need to dress differently at different elevations.

about the general area: All the outdoors entertaining stuff in the Northern Cascade Range will keep you coming back many times. Camping at Observation Berryfield Campground is always a nice experience, and there's some flowing water nearby, Horseshoe Creek is a stream you can
pop by while here. Paddling on Siouxon Creek is so much fun; float down the rapids of Canyon Creek - Lewis River Tributary in a kayak. If you came to camp Canyon Creek Campground is a glorious site to do that, and Wildcat Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit.
