This is a two-ended hiking and backpacking trail with two trailheads, so if you can get a ride from someone, you can walk it just one way. You should count on this backcountry trek taking about 8.5 hours, but of course some folks walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. Different parts of Siouxon Trail are at very different elevations, so keep in mind that you may need to dress differently at different elevations. With its 9.6 miles of walking distance; it's longer than many backpacking trails. Now this great outdoors hiking trail is pretty long, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies.
