are the best way to enjoy these summits. This is an area covered with lots of trails. Siouxon Trail sees pretty high levels of rainfall; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Please follow all local rules about
fires and camping. Siouxon Trail is quite long, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies. Being 9.6 miles long; it's considered a longer trek. The total elevation difference for Siouxon Trail is 1,860 feet, and that is about average. You should count on this backcountry trek taking
about 8.5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that.
Briefly about the general area: There's so much to do here at Siouxon Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Canyon Creek Campground is a splendid spot for
that, and don't forget to take a good little journey to Horseshoe Creek. Why not check out close by Wildcat Creek since you're here at Siouxon Trail; Siouxon Creek has a nice whitewater paddling spot close by. But wait, there's more amusing stuff to do in the Northern Cascade
Range. Siouxon Trail is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Observation Berryfield Campground is a pleasant local campground; whitewater paddling is great on Canyon Creek - Lewis River Tributary.
