Washington hiking trails - Rainbow Lake Trail, Northern Cascade Range, Chelan County

trails; one of those is Rainbow Lake Trail in Chelan County. There are so many great outdoors trails in this area. Some parts of Rainbow Lake Trail are much higher up than other parts of the wilderness hiking trail which of course means you need to be prepared for different conditions on different parts of the wilderness hiking trail. Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Rainbow Lake Trail in Chelan County, Washington is a perfect site to go. Through the long summer days highs here at Rainbow Lake Trail get into the  
70's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's while Rainbow Lake Trail overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 20's. Here in Washington backcountry trekking is the glorious thing to do. The total elevation difference for this backpacking trail is 6,260 feet, and that is higher than average. Of course, this is an overnight walk, 3.5 days normally, so make sure you've got all your overnight gear packed. All the water falling down from the sky makes Rainbow Lake Trail a wet place; during the month of November you get the most rain around here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. The great outdoors hiking trails of the Northern Cascade Range are a great way to explore these summits. Don’t forget to check for any current restrictions or closures before you go.

Lots of fun awaits you along this river. A great spot to visit in the neighborhood of Rainbow Lake Trail is McAlester Pass. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the Northern Cascade Range. Camping at Rainbow Falls Campground is always a brilliant experience; Rainbow Falls is a perfect local attraction.
Fourth Of July Basin is a scenic spot any time of year, and you are in close proximity to Weaver Point while you're here. This river is so great. Company Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth visiting, and if you came to camp Company Creek Campground is a delightful site to do that. This place, Rainbow Lake Trail, it truly has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. In the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Stehekin River, and Bridal Veil Falls is always fun to check out.
Battalion Creek is a stream that you may bump into while you're here, and a wooded region nearby is Chelan Ranger District. That right there is a load of fun things already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. McGregor Meadows is a good place to stretch your legs a bit, and Granite Creek has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot nearby.
