area: Don't forget to take a wonderful little journey to Aurora Creek, and if you come at the right time of year, Soleduck River - North Fork offers some tremendous whitewater. It's a good idea to stop at Smith Creek, it's near Pyramid Mountain Trail, and get yourself into
a kayak and hit Lyre River. So much exciting stuff to do in the Olympic Mountains, not enough time. Camping is available at Lyre River Park, and since you're here, do take a spree to Neagle Point. Camping at Log Cabin Resort and Trailer is always a fine experience, and you'll meet a lot of people from Port Angeles here. Just can't get enough of Pyramid Mountain Trail.
