Paul Peak Trail has a total elevation difference of 1,081 feet, and that is about average. Paul Peak Trail has only one trailhead, so you'll be backpacking it in and back out. This hike shouldn't take more than 2.5 hours, but of course some people walk a bit slower and some a bit faster.
