Paradise Trail is a two ended backpacking and hiking trail with two trailheads which means you have the option of trekking it one way if you have someone to pick you up at the other end. Paradise Trail has a total elevation difference of 1,390 feet which is about average. This hike shouldn't take more than 4 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. outstanding great outdoors hiking trail for the average person looking for an outstanding adventure. All through the days of summer at Paradise Trail highs are generally in the 70's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and
overnight lows in the 30's for Paradise Trail. You spend the whole walk in roughly the same elevation zone which means the conditions are about the same from start to finish. Even though this is not a very long hiking trail you should still bring some emergency supplies just in
case something happens.
Briefly about the general area: Wind River is a splendid whitewater spot next to Paradise Trail, and a delightful location for whitewater paddling is Wind River. Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range. Camping is available at Little
Soda Springs Campground; there's some flowing water close by, Big Hollow Creek is a stream you can check out while you're here. If you came for an overnight stay Observation Berryfield Campground is a good spot to camp, and Bourbon Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at.
