a two-ended hiking and backpacking trail with two trailheads which means you have the option of backcountry backpacking it one way if you have someone to pick you up at the other end. Backcountry trekking here in the Northern Cascade Range is the best way to enjoy these peaks. Don’t forget to check for any current restrictions or closures before you go. The time needed for this walk is roughly 4 hours, but of course some people walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. Spending too much time indoors got you down? No problem, Paradise Trail in Skamania County, Washington is a brilliant pick. The total elevation difference for this hiking and backpacking trail is 1,390 feet, and that is about average. If you happen to be in Washington, why not go trekking, it is always a cool thing to do. There's not much difference in elevation along the backcountry hiking trail, so you get pretty much the same conditions along the whole backcountry hiking trail. This is just one of a large number of backpacking and hiking trails in this neighborhood. If you are in Washington during backcountry trekking season you have to go backcountry trekking. With its 4.6 miles of walking distance it's an average length backcountry hiking trail.

Briefly about the general area:
Paradise Trail is a good place to camp, Little Soda Springs Campground is a good place, and whitewater paddling is pleasant on Wind River. If you want a pleasant time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Northern Cascade Range. Take a little trip to Bourbon Creek if you're here at Paradise Trail. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Paradise Trail has to offer, you can camp at Observation Berryfield Campground.
This river is a great place to visit. Some close by water includes Big Hollow Creek, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wind River.
