supplies just in case something happens. As long as you like the outdoors you will like Washington. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. This is a two-ended wilderness hiking trail with two trailheads, so trekking it one way is an option if you can arrange for
a ride back. With its 4.2 miles of walking distance it's a mid length backcountry walk. This walk shouldn't take more than 3.5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. There are so many backpacking and hiking trails in this
neighborhood. These backcountry hiking trails here in the Northern Cascade Range are the best way to enjoy these summits. High temperatures at Nestor Peak Trail all through the summer are in the 70's, and the night is rather chillier of course, commonly in the 50's. All through
the winter highs are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Nestor Peak Trail are in the 30's.
Briefly about the general area: Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range. Camping at Sunset RV Park is always a good experience; there are some wonderful whitewater
spots on Little White Salmon River. Getting to Wilson Creek from Nestor Peak Trail is simple, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend White Salmon River. Nestor Peak Trail is not far at all from Hood River. Nestor Peak Trail is fine
enough to spend more than a day at, Ice Cave Campground is a fine local campground, and why not take a little spree to Moss Creek since you're here.
