the wintertime the highs are generally in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Muckamuck Trail. The length of Muckamuck Trail is about average having an average number of uphill miles which makes this a very tough wilderness trail for advanced trekkers looking
for a tremendous challenge. The time needed for this hike is roughly 8 hours, but of course some people walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. The great outdoors trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time which means the conditions are about the same from
start to finish. With its 8.8 miles of walking distance it's a mid length trek.

Falls is a beautiful location to take a look at while you're at Muckamuck Trail. Visit Peak Creek since you're here at Muckamuck Trail. Camping is available at Alder Campground, and since you're here at Muckamuck Trail it's a perfect idea to explore Salmon Meadows. Don't forget to take a magnificent little journey to Meadow Creek, and nearby you stumble on Muckamuck Pass which is a great site to check out.
