  Mount Defiance Trail being so distant from the most adjacent city, It's always fun to backcountry trek here. A visit to Washington is not complete without some backpacking. Every single Washington backcountry hiking trail is pretty in its own way. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. Of course, this is an overnight backcountry walk, 2 days normally, so make sure you've got all your overnight gear packed. Keep in mind that this is a long great outdoors hiking trail, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies. Here in Washington backcountry
    hiking is always a cool thing to do. Throughout the warm months here at Mount Defiance Trail, high temperatures typically reach the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's, and after the sun is down
during the winter temperatures at Mount Defiance Trail plunge into the 30's. Time to get out, and breathe some fresh air, and Mount Defiance Trail in King County, Washington is just what you need. There are so many wilderness hiking trails in this region. Mount Defiance Trail ordinarily gets a large amount of rain; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily December, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month of the year is July. Being 13.2 miles long; it's considered a longer trek. The total elevation difference for this wilderness trail is 1,672 feet  
which is an average number. Some parts of this hiking trail are much higher up than other parts of the hiking trail, so keep in mind that you may need to dress differently at different elevations. Washington has plenty of pleasant backcountry hiking trails; Mount Defiance Trail is one of them, and it's in King County. Hiking trails like this one here in the Northern Cascade Range are a brilliant way to explore these summits. Mount Defiance Trail is a one trailhead wilderness trail, so in and out is the way to hike it normally. Mount Defiance Trail is a very long wilderness trail having an average number of uphill miles which makes it a glorious wilderness hiking trail for experienced backcountry walkers in pleasant shape.

Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a perfect time here at Mount Defiance Trail. Mount Defiance Trail is great enough to spend more than a day at, Commonwealth Campground is a great local campground, and nearby Melakwa Pass is a pleasant location to go.
A quick visit to Spider Creek in the vicinity of Mount Defiance Trail is a tremendous idea, and there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Pratt River. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Northern Cascade Range. North Bend Ranger District is a forest next to Mount Defiance Trail that you can go to, and there's whitewater on Snoqualmie River - Middle Fork for all you adrenaline people. Thompson Creek flows through this vicinity, and a perfect site to camp here at Mount Defiance Trail is Nor'west Motel and RV Park.
