Marias Creek Trail has two trailheads which means you have the option of backpacking it one way if you have someone to pick you up at the other end. This hiking and backpacking trail has a total elevation difference of 1,469 feet which is an average number. Even though this is not a very long backpacking trail you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens. This backcountry trek shouldn't take more than 4 hours, but of course some people walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. Marias Creek Trail is 4.6 miles long it's an average length hiking and backpacking trail. This backpacking trail sometimes gets very dry, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go. Marias Creek Trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time, so you get pretty much the same conditions along the whole hiking and backpacking trail.
