    This is a long backpacking and hiking trail, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies. This is an area covered with lots of backcountry hiking trails. The striking wilderness trails of the Northern Cascade Range are the best way to enjoy these peaks. Maggie Creek Trail is 12.4
miles long; it's considered a longer backcountry walk. Every single Washington wilderness trail has its own character. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in spot. There is only one trailhead, so in and out is the way to hike it normally. We all need to get out in the wilderness once in a while, and Maggie Creek Trail in Pierce County, Washington is a brilliant choice. For the period of the months of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Maggie Creek Trail. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the  
40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Maggie Creek Trail temperatures dip to the 20's. Now, this is roughly a 2-day backcountry trek, so it's an outstanding thing if your backpack is big enough to do the job. You spend the whole backcountry walk in roughly the same elevation zone, so you won’t have to worry about different climate zones along your backcountry walk. The length of this wilderness trail is on the longer side having an average number of uphill miles which makes it a tremendous backcountry hiking trail for experienced walkers in fine shape. Maggie Creek Trail has a total elevation difference of 1,401 feet which is about average.

Briefly about the general area:
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Northern Cascade Range. Maggie Creek is a delightful stream that is worth taking a look at; Government Meadow is a glorious location to check out. All the outdoors cool things in the Northern Cascade Range will keep you coming back over and over.
This is a great river. Don't forget to take a nice little visit to Lost Creek; if you're here why not pop by Louisiana Saddle. Maggie Creek Trail beyond doubt is in the middle of a charming outdoors paradise. Little Crow Basin is a brilliant place, and White River is a glorious whitewater spot close by. A forest in the neighborhood of Maggie Creek Trail is Naches Ranger District, and camping is available at Morse Creek Campground.
Camping at Lodgepole Campground is always a good experience, and you can run the rapids of American River.
