Angeles Point. Krause Bottom is a great place to stretch your legs a bit, and do check out Fairchild Creek while you're here at Long Ridge Trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Olympic Mountains. Since you're here at Long Ridge Trail why not stop by Grand Canyon, and
a great forest close by is Soleduck Ranger District. Long Ridge Trail in fact is in the middle of a lovely outdoors paradise. In case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Elwha River, and Press Valley is a beautiful place any time of
year. A good place to camp here at Long Ridge Trail is Elwha Dam RV Park; as expected Lillian River is a beautiful stream that is worth going to. But wait, there's more cool stuff to do in the Olympic Mountains. If you haven’t been to Olympic National Park, you must schedule
some time for it while you're here, and the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Service Falls. A spree to Long Ridge Trail wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Winslow Spring; Elwha River is a pleasant whitewater spot nearby.
