Washington hiking trails - Little Creek Basin Trail, Northern Cascade Range, Kittitas County       There are plenty of wilderness trails in Washington; each one of them is well worth a backcountry trek. This is a long backpacking trail, so don't forget to pack enough supplies. The beautiful backpacking trails of the Northern Cascade Range are a really pleasant way to spend quality time in nature. The time needed for this backcountry walk is roughly 7.5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. If you came to camp Longmile Meadows Campground is a wonderful spot to do that, and some of the water nearby flows, like Lookout Creek. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Little Naches River; you might also want to pay a visit to Windy Pass if you're here at Little Creek Basin Trail. Little Creek Basin Trail is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Easton Resort and Club is a fine local campground, and there's whitewater on Cle Elum River for all you adrenaline junkies. Nelson Creek is a good local stream.
