Briefly about the general area: During your spree to Little Baldy Trail you'll meet some people from Hood River for sure, and nearby McIlroy Saddle is a glorious spot to go. If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Northern
Cascade Range. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Little Baldy Trail has to offer, you can camp at Elk Meadows RV Park, and Middle Fork Buck Creek is close to Little Baldy Trail and is always a joy to pop by. Some close by water includes North Fork Buck Creek.
This river has so much to offer. White Salmon River is a great whitewater spot close to Little Baldy Trail, and Little Baldy Trail is a great site to camp, Ice Cave Campground is a great site.
