Washington hiking trails - Laws Trail, Ferry County

   
  Every single Washington backcountry hiking trail is well worth a trek. Trekking in Washington is a great idea. This part of Washington is always a delight to stop at during backpacking season. Laws Trail is a mid-length backpacking trail having an average number of uphill miles which makes this great outdoors hiking trail wonderful for the average backcountry trekker looking for an enjoyable adventure. Laws Trail is a two ended great outdoors trail with two trailheads which means you have the option of backcountry trekking it one way if you have someone
    to pick you up at the other end. There are backcountry hiking trails all over Washington; Laws Trail is one of them, and it's in Ferry County. The time needed for this trek is roughly 5 hours, but of course some folks walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. Spending too much time
indoors got you down? No problem, Laws Trail in Ferry County, Washington is an excellent spot for getting out. This great outdoors trail has a total elevation difference of 1,006 feet which is an average number. Summertime highs at Laws Trail generally tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 40's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 20's; night lows at Laws Trail all through the winter mostly dip into the 10's. This area does get very dry sometimes, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go. This is just  
one of a large number of great outdoors hiking trails in this area. It is very dried up here at Laws Trail regularly; December is the wettest month with most snow, and October meanwhile is the driest month. With its 5.4 miles of walking distance it's a mid length backcountry walk. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. This hiking trail is not that long but you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens. Many miles from the closest city you have Laws Trail, and it is an excellent backpacking trail. There's not much difference in elevation along Laws Trail which means the conditions are about the same from start to finish.

Briefly about the general area:
If time allows, Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area is a national park worth a visit. There's so much to do here at Laws Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Tiffany's Resort is a glorious site for that, and don't leave Laws Trail without first paying a visit to Kelly Spring.
It's a great idea to have a look at West Fork Trout Creek, it's right next door to Laws Trail, and a visit to Cargo Spring will fill your spirit with good feelings. Don't forget to take a tremendous little journey to North Fork Trout Creek; Laws Trail is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Fisherman's Cove Resort is a nice local campground.
