in Lewis County is one of them. Through the months of summer highs here at Lake Trail reach the 60's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Lake Trail.

the general area: This site, the Northern Cascade Range, has so much outdoors cool stuff. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Fish Ladder Falls, and nearby you stumble on Cortright Point. Log Spring is an inspiring spot to go to during your stay, and in case you
don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cowlitz River - Clear Fork. A wooded neighborhood near Lake Trail is Gifford Pinchot National Forest, and Pony Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth checking out. All the outdoors
fun stuff close to Lake Trail will keep you coming back time and again. Lake Trail is good enough to spend more than a day at, Knuppenburg Lake Campground is a good local campground, and Summit Creek is a great whitewater spot nearby. There's so much to do here at Lake Trail that
you need to camp here for a while, Soda Springs Campground is a great place for that; a good site is Carlton Pass. So much entertaining stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range, not enough time. Allred Creek is a stream that you may bump into during your stay.
