    neighborhood. Kachess Ridge Trail gets a great deal of water; January is when you get the most snow here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This hike should take you about 4 days, so make sure you've got all your overnight gear packed. Time to get out,
and breathe some fresh air, and Kachess Ridge Trail in Kittitas County, Washington is such a splendid location. Kachess Ridge Trail is a two ended hiking and backpacking trail with two trailheads, so if you can get a ride from someone, you can backcountry hike it just one way. This wilderness trail is a wilderness trail of fine length with an average amount of climbing distance which makes it a fine backcountry trail for experienced walkers in wonderful shape. Don’t forget to check for any current restrictions or closures before you go. These wilderness  
trails here in the Northern Cascade Range are a very fine way to see these peaks. With its 27.6 miles of walking distance; it's considered a longer backcountry walk. Kachess Ridge Trail has a total elevation difference of 4,071 feet which is higher than average. This is a hiking trail that is quite long, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies. This hiking trail goes through some very different elevations, and that means that some parts of the hiking trail could be very different from other parts of it. During the summer at Kachess Ridge Trail highs are commonly in the 60's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's; overnight lows in the 10's for Kachess Ridge Trail.

Briefly about the general area:
A pleasant place for whitewater paddling near Kachess Ridge Trail is Box Canyon Creek, and if you would like a little side journey, try Copper Pass. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the Northern Cascade Range has to offer. A short visit to Salmon la Sac is always worthwhile, and do set aside some time for French Cabin Basin if you're here at Kachess Ridge Trail.
Kachess Campground is a pleasant campground nearby, and getting to South Fork French Cabin Creek from Kachess Ridge Trail is painless. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Little Salmon la Sac is a wonderful place to check out while you're at Kachess Ridge Trail, and some nearby water includes West Fork French Cabin Creek.
In the event that you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cooper River; a wooded vicinity close by is Cle Elum Ranger District. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! The Northern Cascade Range is peerless! A pleasant spree to Domerie Flats is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon; you can stay the night at Silver Ridge Ranch.
