Washington hiking trails - Indian Creek Trail, Northern Cascade Range, Lewis County

   
  Wilderness trails are brilliant and plentiful in Washington, and Indian Creek Trail in Lewis County is one of them. Here in Washington backpacking is a splendid way to spend some time. A lengthy tour separates Ellensburg from Indian Creek Trail, but trekking along this trail is very enjoyable. Every backpacking and hiking trail in Washington is worth backpacking. You should count on this backcountry trek taking about 6 hours, but of course some people walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. This is a one trailhead hiking trail, so you'll be backcountry
    trekking it in and back out. Indian Creek Trail has a total elevation difference of 1,528 feet which is an average number. Trekking here in the Northern Cascade Range is a very great way to see these hills. Summertime brings highs in the 60's to Indian Creek Trail while night lows
are ordinarily in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Indian Creek Trail are in the 10's. Hey, time for a backcountry walk don’t you think? Indian Creek Trail in Lewis County, Washington is such a wonderful place. With its 6.8 miles of walking distance it's a mid length walk. Indian Creek Trail is quite long, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies. This hiking and backpacking trail is a mid length hiking and backpacking trail with an average amount of climbing distance which makes it a tremendous backcountry  
trail for experienced trekkers in delightful shape. A visit to Washington is not complete without some backcountry backpacking. The high level of rain makes Indian Creek Trail a pretty wet place; the month with most of the snow is January; July is the month with the least moisture. Different parts of Indian Creek Trail are at very different elevations, so keep in mind that you may need to dress differently at different elevations. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in place. This is one of many backcountry trails in the surrounding vicinity.

If you fancy the outdoors, you'll like Indian Creek Trail. A pleasant trip to Indian Creek Meadows is a splendid way to spend an afternoon. Some of the water nearby flows, like Red Rock Creek, and get your heart pumping on the pleasant whitewater of American River.
This is a really good river. While you're here at Indian Creek Trail it's a fine idea to explore Blankenship Meadows; you can run the rapids of Bumping River. But wait, there's more enjoyable things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. While staying at Indian Creek Trail you could always look at Mosquito Valley, and you can stay the night at White Pass Campground. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Indian Creek Trail has to offer, you can camp at Bumping Lake - Wenatchee National Forest; getting to Sheller Creek from Indian Creek Trail is easy.
