During the warm days of summer highs here at Huckleberry Trail reach the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's   usually in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Huckleberry Trail are in the 30's. There are two trailheads to chose from, one in each end, so if you can get a ride from someone, you can hike it just one way. The high level of rainfall makes Huckleberry Trail a relatively wet place; most of the rain falls throughout December while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Washington is a wonderful place for trekkers. The total elevation difference for Huckleberry Trail is 2,309 feet which is about average. Different parts of this wilderness trail are at very different elevations, so keep in mind that you may need to dress differently at different elevations. Getting to Eightmile Creek from Huckleberry Trail is trouble-free; get covered with water paddling on Wind River. Yeah, come here to Huckleberry Trail for a magnificent time.
