Washington hiking trails - Horseshoe Ridge Trail, Northern Cascade Range, Skamania County

You should count on this hike taking about 8.5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. just the spot. This great outdoors trail has a total elevation difference of 2,830 feet which is higher than average. Horseshoe Ridge Trail is a backpacking trail of perfect length with an average amount of climbing distance which makes it a glorious hiking trail for experienced backcountry trekkers in wonderful shape. Horseshoe Ridge Trail is a hiking trail relatively far from Hood River, but backpacking along this hiking trail is very enjoyable. This is a long great outdoors trail, so do pack enough food to last the whole trip. There are not too many hiking trails in this region. Throughout the summer months here at Horseshoe Ridge Trail, high temperatures typically reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Horseshoe Ridge Trail.

Yeah, come up here to the Northern Cascade Range for a great time. A quick visit to Horseshoe Creek in the vicinity of Horseshoe Ridge Trail is a nice idea, and paddling on Siouxon Creek is so much fun. Wildcat Creek flows through this area, and you can stay the night at Canyon Creek Campground.
There's so much to do here at Horseshoe Ridge Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Observation Berryfield Campground is a brilliant place for that; get drenched paddling on Canyon Creek - Lewis River Tributary.
