Washington hiking trails - High Creek Trail, Kittitas County

   
  Trekking in Washington never gets boring. This part of Washington has a wonderful deal of available outdoors pastimes. Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and High Creek Trail in Kittitas County, Washington is just the location. This is not a very long hiking trail but it's always great to bring some emergency supplies, you never know what could happen. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. All through the summer months here at High Creek Trail, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's while
    overnight lows are generally in the 50's. Throughout the winter this site gets highs in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 20's for High Creek Trail. The total elevation difference for High Creek Trail is 412 feet which is lower than average. There are not too many great outdoors
hiking trails in this neighborhood. High Creek Trail is a very short wilderness hiking trail having an average number of uphill miles which makes this great outdoors hiking trail glorious for the average trekker looking for an enjoyable adventure. Not much precipitation falls here at High Creek Trail; the month with most of the snow is December while July is commonly the driest month. This backcountry trail has two trailheads, so if you can get a ride from someone, you can walk it just one way. Glorious hiking and backpacking trails in Washington are in  
abundance; one of them being High Creek Trail in Kittitas County. High Creek Trail is 3.4 miles long it's a shorter type backcountry walk. The time needed for this hike is roughly 3 hours, but of course some people walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. Sometimes this hiking trail gets really dry, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go. There's not much difference in elevation along the great outdoors hiking trail which means the conditions are about the same from start to finish. Each one of the many hiking and backpacking trails of Washington is different from the others. High Creek Trail is positioned a quite long tour from Ellensburg, but backpacking it is always amusing.
