elevations. There are plenty of wilderness hiking trails in Washington; each one of them has something unique to offer. There are so many hiking trails in this area. Throughout the months of summer at Goat Peak Trail highs are frequently in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends
down to the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Goat Peak Trail descend into the 20's. The gorgeous backpacking and hiking trails of the Northern Cascade Range are a magnificent way to explore
these peaks. Backcountry hiking here in Washington is the wonderful thing to do. You should count on this walk taking about 4 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that.
Briefly about the general area: Get your heart
beating on the glorious whitewater of Little Naches River; it's a wonderful idea to take a look at Cole Creek. Don't forget to take a great little visit to Greek Creek, and R V Town is a pleasant local campground. So many cool things to do in the Northern Cascade Range, not
enough time. You can run the rapids of Box Canyon Creek right next door to Goat Peak Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Lake Easton Resort and Club is a pleasant place to camp.
