Washington hiking trails - Funk Mountain Trail, Northern Cascade Range, Okanogan County

Funk Mountain Trail being so far away from the most adjacent settlement, trekking it is always cool. Washington is an outstanding location for hikers. Funk Mountain Trail is quite long, so don't forget to pack enough supplies. At parts of the year this neighborhood sees very little rain, so do check for current fire restrictions before you go if you plan to bring a stove or make a camp fire. Of course, this is an overnight walk, 1.5 days normally,
    so make sure you've got all your overnight gear packed. This is one of many backcountry hiking trails in the surrounding region. The total elevation difference for Funk Mountain Trail is 861 feet which is a lower than average number. Great outdoors trails are delightful and plentiful

This is a two-ended hiking trail with two trailheads, so backcountry trekking it one way is an option if you can arrange for a ride back. hard core backpackers looking for adventure. You can't spend all your time indoors you need to get out once in a while, and Funk Mountain Trail in Okanogan County, Washington is a nice pick. The hiking and backpacking trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time which means the conditions are about the same from start to finish. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. For the period of the summertime months here at Funk Mountain Trail, high temperatures typically get into the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are generally in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Funk Mountain Trail. Funk Mountain Trail is frequently a reasonably dried out spot; the month with most of the snow is December, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Alder Campground is a great campground nearby; you could always explore Muckamuck Pass. Having a splendid time in the Northern Cascade Range is easy. Stay the night at Kerr Campground; as expected Center Creek is a pretty stream that is worth a visit.
The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Salmon Falls. Everybody loves Salmon Meadows, and why not a little side trip to Dunn Creek.
