Lodgepole Creek is a magnificent local stream; if you came for an overnight stay Mountain River Trails Camping is a good spot to camp. Get yourself into a kayak and hit American River; South Fork Meadow is a good spot. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the Northern Cascade Range has to offer. Get drenched paddling on Cle Elum River, and why not camp at Whispering Pines RV Park and RV Center while you're here at Frost Mountain Lookout Trail.
