of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's; after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Flip-O-Way Trail dip into the 30's. The picturesque backpacking trails of the Northern Cascade Range are
the best way to enjoy these mountains. Each one of the many great outdoors trails of Washington is well worth a backcountry trek. You should count on this backcountry hike taking about 4.5 hours, but of course some folks walk a bit slower and some a bit faster.
