is about average with an average amount of climbing distance which makes it a wonderful wilderness trail for experienced backcountry walkers in splendid shape. This backcountry hike shouldn't take more than 7.5 hours, but of course some people walk a bit slower and some a bit faster.
This is a neighborhood covered with lots of wilderness trails. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. There are two trailheads to chose from, one in each end which means you have the option of backcountry trekking it one way if you have someone to pick you up at

There's whitewater on Johnson Creek for all you adrenaline kick people; unsurprisingly Middle Fork Johnson Creek flows through this vicinity. Now, you may feel that's a heap but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Five Thousand Thirty Trail. Packwood Dam is a spot that is near Five Thousand Thirty Trail.
