Washington hiking trails - Five Thousand Thirty Trail, Northern Cascade Range, Lewis County

   
  There are so many glorious great outdoors trails for hiking in Washington, and one of those is Five Thousand Thirty Trail in Lewis County. Each one of the many great outdoors trails of Washington is charming in its own way. While visiting this area in Washington it's a great idea to go hiking too. There's not much difference in elevation along the great outdoors trail which means the conditions are about the same from start to finish. It's a lengthy drive from Hood River to Five Thousand Thirty Trail, but if you're looking for an excellent location to go
    backpacking, this is an excellent choice. Five Thousand Thirty Trail gets much water; all through January this neighborhood sees the most snow, and July is the month with the least moisture. Here in the glorious state of Washington hiking is a glorious idea. The beautiful great
outdoors trails of the Northern Cascade Range are a really tremendous way to spend quality time in nature. This is a long trail, so don't forget to pack enough supplies. This backcountry trail has a total elevation difference of 897 feet which is lower than average. At Five Thousand Thirty Trail through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 70's; the nighttime is a tad chillier of course, typically in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's; nighttime lows through the winter for Five Thousand Thirty Trail tend to be in the  
20's. Five Thousand Thirty Trail is 8.4 miles long it's a mid length hike. You can't spend all your time indoors you need to get out once in a while, and Five Thousand Thirty Trail in Lewis County, Washington is an excellent location to go. The length of Five Thousand Thirty Trail is about average with an average amount of climbing distance which makes it a wonderful wilderness trail for experienced backcountry walkers in splendid shape. This backcountry hike shouldn't take more than 7.5 hours, but of course some people walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. This is a neighborhood covered with lots of wilderness trails. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. There are two trailheads to chose from, one in each end which means you have the option of backcountry trekking it one way if you have someone to pick you up at the other end.

These mountains rock, just check out all the cool stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range. While you're here at Five Thousand Thirty Trail it's a pleasant idea to have a look at Lily Basin, and if you're here, you could pop by Glacier Creek. It's always perfect to stop at Jennings Falls, and why not camp at River Bar Campground since you're here at Five Thousand Thirty Trail.
This is such a fun river. Get your pulse rate up on the wonderful whitewater of Cowlitz River; camping at Five Thousand Thirty Trail is magnificent fun, Hatchery RV Campground is a magnificent local campground. There's whitewater on Johnson Creek for all you adrenaline kick people; unsurprisingly Middle Fork Johnson Creek flows through this vicinity. Now, you may feel that's a heap but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Five Thousand Thirty Trail. Packwood Dam is a spot that is near Five Thousand Thirty Trail.
