Washington hiking trails - Fire Creek Trail, Northern Cascade Range, Snohomish County       There are plenty of great outdoors trails in Washington; each one of them is striking in its own way. There are so many wonderful great outdoors trails for hiking in Washington; one of those is Fire Creek Trail in Snohomish County. Going for a walk here in Washington is something that is always fun to do. Fire Creek Trail has a total elevation difference of 4,244 feet which is a higher than average number. A great deal of rain falls at Fire Creek Trail; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain; the driest month is July. This is     a long hiking and backpacking trail, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies. Backpacking here in the Northern Cascade Range is the best way to enjoy these peaks. Fire Creek Trail has only one trailhead, so you're looking at an in and out backcountry hike. Fire Creek Trail is very far from the closest great settlement, and backpacking and hiking trails like these are splendid. Backpacking in Washington is such a perfect thing to do. Hitting the backpacking and hiking trails is always an amusing thing to do, and Fire Creek Trail in Snohomish County, Washington is an excellent selection. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in place. Different parts of Fire Creek Trail are at very different elevations, and that means that some parts of the backpacking and hiking trail could be very different from   other parts of it. Now, this is roughly a 3.5-day walk, so better have big backpack to fit all the stuff you need. This is one of many backpacking trails in the surrounding vicinity. At Fire Creek Trail all through the summertime highs are in the 70's, and the night is rather cooler of course, generally in the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are generally in the 40's with temperatures at Fire Creek Trail dipping down into the 20's throughout winter nights. This backpacking trail is many miles long with an average amount of climbing distance which makes it an outstanding backpacking trail for experienced walkers in good shape. With its 23.2 miles of walking distance; it's longer than many backpacking and hiking trails. Briefly about the general area: And if that's not sufficient, there's heaps more to do close to Fire Creek Trail. Fire Creek Pass is in the vicinity of Fire Creek Trail and is absolutely a great site to check out, and why not camp at Sulphur Creek Campground if you're here at Fire Creek Trail. Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range. A pleasant tour to Green Mountain Pasture is a brilliant way to spend an afternoon, and not far from here you can enjoy the trees of Darrington Ranger District. Camping is available at Owl Creek Campground, and there's whitewater on Sloan Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers. A spree to Gibson Falls will fill your spirit with fine feelings; a quick trip to Fourteenmile Creek is positively a perfect idea. Don't leave Fire Creek Trail without first paying a visit to Sulphur Hot Springs, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Downey Creek. And that's not all you can do here in the Northern Cascade Range. While you're here at Fire Creek Trail it's a good idea to pop by Buckeye Basin; of course Glacier Creek flows through this region.
