Pasture is a brilliant way to spend an afternoon, and not far from here you can enjoy the trees of Darrington Ranger District. Camping is available at Owl Creek Campground, and there's whitewater on Sloan Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers. A spree to Gibson Falls will
fill your spirit with fine feelings; a quick trip to Fourteenmile Creek is positively a perfect idea. Don't leave Fire Creek Trail without first paying a visit to Sulphur Hot Springs, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Downey Creek.
And that's not all you can do here in the Northern Cascade Range. While you're here at Fire Creek Trail it's a good idea to pop by Buckeye Basin; of course Glacier Creek flows through this region.
