for adventure. With its 6.2 miles of walking distance it's a mid length walk. The beautiful backpacking trails of the Northern Cascade Range are a nice way to explore these mountaintops. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in site. While visiting
this region in Washington it's a nice idea to go backcountry backpacking too. There are plenty of wilderness hiking trails in Washington; each one of them is worth trekking. Some parts of Finney Peak Trail are much higher up than other parts of the backpacking and hiking trail,
so keep in mind that you may need to dress differently at different elevations. The time needed for this backcountry walk is roughly 5.5 hours, but of course some people walk a bit slower and some a bit faster.

mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Stillaguamish River - North Fork. Finney Peak Trail is a pleasant site to camp, Creekside Camping is a pleasant site, and a quick spree to Clendenen Creek is without doubt a brilliant idea.

you can do here in the Northern Cascade Range. A great site for whitewater paddling close to Finney Peak Trail is Finney Creek. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Finney Peak Trail has to offer, you can camp at Baker Lake Resort. Gee Creek flows through this area, and do take some time to stop by Mount Baker National Forest while you're here.
