The total elevation difference for Deadfall Trail is 1,380 feet, and that is about average. Summer at Deadfall Trail arrives with high temperatures in the 60's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Deadfall Trail dipping down into the 30's throughout winter nights. There are not too many wilderness hiking trails in this vicinity. There's not much  
difference in elevation along Deadfall Trail which means the conditions are about the same from start to finish. Even though this is not a very long great outdoors trail it's always great to bring some emergency supplies, you never know what could happen. Hiking here in Washington is a must. This is a one trailhead hiking trail, so in and out is the way to hike it normally. With its 1.6 miles of walking distance it's shorter than many backcountry trails. Wilderness trails like this one here in the Olympic Mountains are a very fine way to see these highlands. It's a long journey from Bremerton-Silverdale to Deadfall Trail, but It's always exciting to walk here. Around Deadfall Trail you don’t get a lot of rain; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain; July meanwhile is the driest month.
