    a glorious pick. This vicinity does get very dry sometimes, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go. Being 1.6 miles long it's a short backpacking and hiking trail. All through the summer months here at Deadfall Trail, high temperatures generally

High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Deadfall Trail are in the 30's. This backpacking and hiking trail has a total elevation difference of 1,380 feet which is an average number. Hiking here in the Olympic Mountains is a really good way to spend quality time in the fresh air. Deadfall Trail is a one trailhead backpacking and hiking trail, so in and out is the way to backcountry hike it normally. While visiting this region in Washington it's a good idea to go backcountry hiking too. This is one of a very small number of trails in this vicinity. This is not a very long trail but you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens. There's not much difference in elevation along the backpacking and hiking trail, so you won’t have to worry about different climate zones along your backcountry trek.

Briefly about the general area:
So many enjoyable things to do in the Olympic Mountains, not sufficient time. A fine spot to camp here at Deadfall Trail is Falls View Campground. Eightmile Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth going to, and Deadfall Trail is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, William and Lorraine Sulzbach is a splendid local campground.
