This is a two-ended wilderness hiking trail with two trailheads, so backcountry hiking it one way is an option if you can arrange for a ride back. The backpacking trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time, so you get pretty much the same conditions along the whole backpacking trail. This hike shouldn't take more than 1 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. This backpacking trail is not that long but it's always tremendous to bring some emergency supplies, you never know what could happen.
