great outdoors trail for advanced backcountry walkers looking for a good challenge. Cooper Pass Trail is a reasonably wet site regularly with a great deal of rainfall; most of the snow falls throughout January while July is regularly the driest month.
Briefly about the general
area: A great place for whitewater paddling close to Cooper Pass Trail is Box Canyon Creek, and Cooper River is a good whitewater spot nearby. While you're here at Cooper Pass Trail it's a pleasant idea to check out French Cabin Basin, and close by you discover Copper Pass
which is a magnificent site to check out. What a site this is for outdoors folks. Kachess Campground is a great campground nearby, and don't forget to take a great little trip to Mineral Creek. So many exciting things in the Northern Cascade Range, just astonishing. Stay the night at Crystal Springs Campground, and do take a look at No Name Creek while you're here at Cooper Pass Trail.
