Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 20's, and  
nighttime lows in the 10's for Chopaka Mountain Trail. Far from modern life you come across Chopaka Mountain Trail, and it is a wonderful retreat from the urban center. The length of Chopaka Mountain Trail is about average having an average number of uphill miles which makes this backcountry hiking trail fine for the average backcountry walker looking for a cool adventure. Chopaka Mountain Trail has only one trailhead, so in and out is the way to backcountry trek it normally. Being 5 miles long it's a mid length hike. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping.

This is such a fun river. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Chopaka Mountain Trail has to offer, you can camp at Daisy Campground. And if that's not enough there's a load more amusing things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. There's so much to do here at Chopaka Mountain Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Iron Gate Campground is a brilliant spot for that, and a quick trip to Swamp Creek is definitely a good idea.
While staying at Chopaka Mountain Trail you could always look at Long Draw, and unsurprisingly Corduroy Creek flows through this area.
