Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in the outdoors a bit, and Bluff Lake Trail in Lewis County, Washington is just the site. Trekking here in Washington never gets boring. Bluff Lake Trail is a one trailhead backcountry hiking trail, so in and out is the way to trek it normally. This wilderness hiking trail is a very long wilderness hiking trail having an average
    number of uphill miles which makes this hiking trail good for hard core backpackers looking for adventure. Glorious trails in Washington are in abundance, and Bluff Lake Trail in Lewis County is one of them. Being 19 miles long; it's longer than many trails. The total elevation
difference for this backcountry hiking trail is 3,531 feet which is higher than average. The wilderness hiking trails of the Northern Cascade Range are a really delightful way to spend quality time in the great outdoors. Sometimes this hiking trail gets really dry, so do check for current fire restrictions before you go if you plan to bring a stove or make a camp fire. For the period of the warm days of summer, highs usually are in the 80's at Bluff Lake Trail, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. Throughout the wintertime highs are frequently  
in the 20's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Bluff Lake Trail descend into the 10's. There are so many hiking trails in this region. Bluff Lake Trail is quite long, so do pack enough food to last the whole trip. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. Now, this is roughly a 3-day trek, so make sure you've got all your overnight gear packed. At Bluff Lake Trail you don’t see much rainfall; December is when you get the most snow here while July is generally the driest month. Every trail in Washington is well worth a trek. Different parts of this trail are at very different elevations which of course means you need to be prepared for different conditions on different parts of the trail.

If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Northern Cascade Range. Why not camp at Davis Lake Campground since you're here at Bluff Lake Trail. If you're here at Bluff Lake Trail, you could take a look at Lightning Creek, and Wray Spring is always fun to check out.
It's a great idea to check out Blue Buck Creek, it's in the vicinity of Bluff Lake Trail, and a perfect location to stop by is Burns Canyon. Get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Chewuch River; locations like Cougar Flat are pleasant to pop by. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Northern Cascade Range. Beaver Meadow is a wonderful spot any time of year, and do put some time aside to spend at Coffin Spring while you're here at Bluff Lake Trail.
If you want a pleasant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Bluff Lake Trail. Loup Loup Campground is a perfect local campground; a perfect site for whitewater paddling is Chewuch River.
