Beaver Lake Trail is a two ended backcountry hiking trail with two trailheads which means you have the option of backcountry trekking it one way if you have someone to pick you up at the other end. At parts of the year this area sees very little rain, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go. season. The total elevation difference for Beaver Lake Trail is 1,877 feet which is an average number. Here in Washington hiking is the great thing to do. Some parts of this wilderness trail are much higher up than other parts of the wilderness trail which of course means you need
to be prepared for different conditions on different parts of the wilderness trail. There are so many backpacking trails in this vicinity. Being 8.2 miles long it's a mid length backcountry hike. Summertime at Beaver Lake Trail comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer night
lows descend down to the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's while Beaver Lake Trail night low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. This is a long great outdoors hiking trail, so make sure
you bring plenty of supplies.
Briefly about the general area: Not far from Beaver Lake Trail you acquire some great water scenery at Beaver Lake Dam; why not take a little journey to Little Granite Creek since you're here. A short spree to Spike Spring is always worthwhile,
and Cabin Creek is right next door to Beaver Lake Trail and is always a bliss to stop at. While you're here at Beaver Lake Trail it's a splendid idea to visit South Fork Meadows, and camping at Beaver Lake Trail is tremendous fun, Rock Lakes Campground is a tremendous local
campground. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Northern Cascade Range. If you came for an overnight stay Loup Loup Campground is a delightful spot to camp, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Methow River. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Beaver Lake Trail.
