Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in the great outdoors a bit, and Bear Creek Trail in Kittitas County, Washington is just what you need. All the water falling down from the sky makes Bear Creek Trail a wet place; the wettest month of the year is generally January, that's the one that rains the most, and July on the other hand is the driest. Washington is a good place for trekkers. High temperatures
    at Bear Creek Trail throughout the warmest time of the year are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Bear Creek Trail dip into
the 20's. This backpacking trail has a total elevation difference of 1,374 feet which is about average. There are so many glorious hiking trails for backcountry trekking in Washington, and among these are Bear Creek Trail in Kittitas County. The length of Bear Creek Trail is about average with an average amount of climbing distance which makes it an excellent wilderness trail for the average person looking for an excellent adventure. You'll need to go far from Ellensburg to get to Bear Creek Trail, but hiking it is great amusement any time. The stunning  
backcountry hiking trails of the Northern Cascade Range are a very delightful way to see these mountaintops. This backpacking trail has two trailheads, so if you can get a ride from someone, you can backcountry walk it just one way. This is just one of a large number of wilderness trails in this region. Being 4 miles long it's a mid length hike. Even though this is not a very long backcountry hiking trail you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens. The time needed for this trek is roughly 3.5 hours, but of course some folks walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. There's not much difference in elevation along Bear Creek Trail which means the conditions are about the same from start to finish. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in spot.

If you came for an overnight stay Crystal Springs Campground is a nice place to camp, and there's whitewater on American River for all you adrenaline people.
