  Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in the fresh air a bit, and Bear Creek Trail in Garfield County, Washington is such a perfect spot. A lengthy trip divides Pullman from Bear Creek Trail, but it is a perfect getaway from the urban center. Washington has lots of outdoors pursuits.     Bear Creek Trail is 2,461 feet which is an average number. Some parts of Bear Creek Trail are much higher up than other parts of the hiking and backpacking trail, and that means that some parts of the hiking and backpacking trail could be very different from other parts of it.
Of course, this is an overnight trek, 2.5 days normally, so make sure you've got all your overnight gear packed. During the summertime months, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Bear Creek Trail while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Bear Creek Trail dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights. There are so many backpacking and hiking trails in this region. This backcountry trail is a backcountry trail of good length with an average amount of climbing distance which  
makes it a great backpacking and hiking trail for experienced trekkers in great shape. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. At Bear Creek Trail you don’t see much precipitation; through January this area sees the most rain, and July is when it's the driest. This is a two-ended backcountry trail with two trailheads, so if you can get a ride from someone, you can hike it just one way. Hiking trails like this one here in the Blue Mountains are a really good way to spend quality time in nature. This vicinity does get very dry sometimes, so make sure you check current conditions and fire restrictions with local forest authorities before you head out. Here in Washington backcountry hiking is so much fun. This is a long hiking and backpacking trail, so don't forget to pack enough supplies. Bear Creek Trail is 16.6 miles long; it's longer than many hiking and backpacking trails.

Briefly about the general area:
Now, you may imagine that's lots but there's even more cool stuff to do here in the Blue Mountains. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Grande Ronde River. Any time is a tremendous time at Bear Creek Trail if you fancy the outdoors. A splendid place to camp here at Bear Creek Trail is Spruce Spring Campground, and Jelly Spring is a tremendous local attraction.
Getaway Point is close to Bear Creek Trail and is a splendid spot to stop at, and a pleasant spot is Cougar Canyon. Camping is available at Big Spring Campground, and do pop by East Fork First Creek if you're here at Bear Creek Trail. And if that's not enough there's a load more cool things to do in the Blue Mountains. Elk Flat is a nice place to check out; Spruce Spring is a charming place to stop by while you're at Bear Creek Trail.
A spree to Chaparral Basin invigorates the soul, and swing by Bear Creek it's a magnificent site to go to.
