Washington hiking trails - Angel Pass Trail, Northern Cascade Range, Okanogan County

   
  Angel Pass Trail is in a quite isolated neighborhood, and it is one of many wonderful backcountry hiking trails in this neighborhood. Washington is an outstanding outdoors state. Every single Washington wilderness trail is different from the others. Backpacking here in the Northern Cascade Range is the best way to enjoy these mountaintops. This backcountry trail has a total elevation difference of 930 feet which is lower than average. At parts of the year this neighborhood sees very little rain, so make sure you check current conditions and fire restrictions
    with local forest authorities before you head out. The wilderness hiking trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time which means the conditions are about the same from start to finish. There are so many perfect wilderness trails for backpacking in Washington,
and Angel Pass Trail is one of them, and it's in Okanogan County. You should count on this backcountry hike taking about 2 hours, but of course some people walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. This is a region covered with lots of hiking trails. Going for a walk here in Washington is a splendid way to spend some time. At Angel Pass Trail you don’t see much rainfall; throughout December this area sees the most snow while July is commonly the driest month. There are two trailheads to chose from, one in each end, so if you can get a ride from someone, you can  
trek it just one way. All through the days of summer at Angel Pass Trail highs are generally in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Angel Pass Trail dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Angel Pass Trail is on the short side with an average amount of climbing distance which makes it a glorious hiking trail for the average person looking for a glorious adventure. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. Put on your backcountry trekking shoes, and hit the backcountry hiking trail, if you happen to be in Okanogan County of Washington, Angel Pass Trail is an excellent local backcountry hiking trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. Angel Pass Trail is not that long but it's always delightful to bring some emergency supplies, you never know what could happen. Being 2.6 miles long it's a shorter type backcountry trek.

Briefly about the general area:
A tour to Salmon Meadows revitalizes the soul. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Northern Cascade Range. Angel Pass Trail is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Salmon Meadows Campground is a fine local campground, and Angel Pass is another brilliant location to stop at nearby.
Camping at Alder Campground is always a fine experience, and needless to say Mutton Creek flows through this neighborhood.
