the night at Lodgepole Campground. And that's not all you can do here at American Ridge Trail. Little Crow Basin is a splendid site, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Bumping River. You'll really wish for
more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Northern Cascade Range. Why not stop by Cortright Point also while you're here; spots like Big Basin are great to pop by. American River is a glorious whitewater spot in close proximity to American Ridge Trail; a pleasant place close by is Pleasant Valley.
