  Oregon has plenty of glorious wilderness trails, and Winopee Lake Trail in Deschutes County is one of them. This part of Oregon is always a joy to take a look at during backcountry backpacking season. When you're here in Oregon hiking along one of its wilderness trails is the glorious thing to do. Don’t forget to check for any current restrictions or closures before you go. The great outdoors trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time, so you won’t have to worry about different climate zones along your walk. This is just one of
    a large number of backpacking trails in this neighborhood. Winopee Lake Trail is a very long backpacking and hiking trail with an average amount of climbing distance which makes it a tremendous backpacking trail for experienced backcountry walkers in perfect shape. Every wilderness
trail in Oregon has its own unique splendor. Backcountry backpacking here in the Central Cascade Range is a really tremendous way to spend quality time in the wilderness. Rather far from Bend you encounter Winopee Lake Trail, but it is a fine backcountry trail. For the duration of the summer months here at Winopee Lake Trail, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 40's. Through the winter this location gets highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Winopee  
Lake Trail. A large amount of rainfall falls at Winopee Lake Trail; through the month of December you get the most rain around here; the driest of the months is July. This trail has only one trailhead, so you'll be backpacking it in and back out. Time to get out, and breathe some fresh air, and Winopee Lake Trail in Deschutes County, Oregon is a fine site for getting out. Winopee Lake Trail has a total elevation difference of 664 feet which is lower than average. This region does get very dry sometimes, so make sure you check current conditions and fire restrictions with local forest authorities before you head out. With its 16.4 miles of walking distance; it's considered a longer walk. Keep in mind that this is a long backpacking trail, so don't forget to pack enough supplies. This hike should take you about 2.5 days, so make sure you've got all your overnight gear packed.

Briefly about the general area:
Deschutes River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by, and everyone loves Reserve Meadow. Now, you may imagine that's heaps but there's even more entertaining things to do here in the Central Cascade Range. Winopee Lake Trail is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Upper Campground is a brilliant local campground, and paddling on Horse Creek is so much fun.
Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! The Central Cascade Range is so good! A trip to Wright Spring will fill your spirit with fine feelings. You absolutely ought to love Winopee Lake Trail. Put some time aside to spend at Benz Spring while you're here at Winopee Lake Trail, and Mink Lake Basin is right here at Winopee Lake Trail. Charlton Creek is a perfect local stream; a glorious spot to go to is Corral Draw.
If you came to camp East Lake Resort and RV Parks is a pleasant spot to do that, and swing by Deer Creek it's a magnificent location to visit.
