Lake County. This backpacking and hiking trail sometimes gets very dry, so make sure you check current conditions and fire restrictions with local forest authorities before you head out. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in site. Backcountry trekking

Put some time aside
to spend at Whisky Spring since you're here at Whisky Spring Trail, and some of the water close by flows, like Hammond Creek. Boulder Spring is a great local attraction.
