it's a long hiking trail. During the warmest time of the year at Utley Creek Trail temperatures are usually in the 80's, and the nighttime is quite cooler of course, frequently in the 40's. For the period of the winter the highs are frequently in the 30's, and nighttime lows through the winter for Utley Creek Trail tend to be in the 10's. The time needed for this trek is roughly 8 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. This is a two-ended hiking trail with two trailheads which means you have the option of hiking it one way if you have someone to pick you up at the other end. Keep in mind that this is a long wilderness trail, so do pack enough food to last the whole trip. Here in Oregon backcountry trekking is something that is always fun to do. Sometimes this wilderness trail gets really dry, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go. Every single Oregon backpacking and hiking trail is worth backcountry trekking.

A brilliant site like Spring Valley Meadow here at Utley Creek Trail is too splendid to miss; let's not forget Latigo Creek which is a stream that you may stumble upon during your stay. Whiskey Spring is an inspiring spot to stop at while you're here, and you might also want to pay a visit to Hack Hollow while you're here at Utley Creek Trail.
This river is so wonderful. Camping at Utley Creek Trail is perfect fun, The Timbers Inn and RV Park is a perfect local campground, and a short journey to Jacks Spring is always worthwhile. There's some flowing water nearby, Alder Creek is a stream you can have a look at while here, and Whiskey Flat is right here at Utley Creek Trail. So many exciting things to do here at Utley Creek Trail, too perfect to be true.
