Camp Trail is 2.6 miles long it's shorter than many hiking trails. Sometimes this backpacking trail gets really dry, so make sure you check current conditions and fire restrictions with local forest authorities before you head out. This hiking and backpacking trail is on the short side with an average amount of climbing distance which makes it an excellent wilderness hiking trail for the average person looking for an excellent adventure. This backpacking trail is not that long but you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens. High temperatures at Thirsty Camp Trail through the warm months are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 40's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and night lows through the wintertime for Thirsty Camp Trail tend to be in the 20's. All the water falling down from the sky makes Thirsty Camp Trail a wet location; through the month of December you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is July.

There's so much to do here at Thirsty Camp Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Tombstone Prairie Campground is a nice place for that, and if you came to camp Suttle Lake Resort and Marina is a magnificent place to do that.
