Briefly about the general area: Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Put some time aside to spend at Marion Falls while you're here at Swallow Lake Trail, and Swallow Lake Trail is a good location to visit for
more than one day, Wizard Falls Campground is a good location to camp nearby. Trout Lake Campground is a perfect local campground, and a pleasant journey to Eight Lakes Basin is a glorious way to spend an afternoon. Be careful coming to the Central Cascade Range, you might
not ever want to return home again. Visit Whiskey Creek if you're here at Swallow Lake Trail. If you're here, you might as well stop by Minto Pass, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Marion Creek. Mist Creek is a great location to
stop at; there's whitewater on Santiam River - North for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Yeah, come up here to the Central Cascade Range for a tremendous time. It's always splendid to pop by Gatch Falls, and do set aside some time for Bingham Basin if you're here at Swallow Lake Trail.
