Briefly about the general area: Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Central
Cascade Range. Rattlesnake Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth stopping at, and a trip to Soda Springs will fill your soul with nice feelings. Don’t forget to pop by Horse Prairie since you're here at Spring Mountain Way. There's so much to do here at Spring
Mountain Way that you need to camp here for a while, Weeping Rock Campground is a great spot for that. If you love the outdoors, you'll like Spring Mountain Way. There are some splendid whitewater spots on Copland Creek, and nearby you'll locate a wooded vicinity called Ringtail
Pine. There's whitewater on Steamboat Creek for all you adrenaline junkies. Oak Flats is a good place here at Spring Mountain Way; Spring Mountain Way is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Slim Chance Campground is a wonderful local campground. But wait, there's
more exciting stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range. Some nearby water includes Boulder Creek, and Dark Canyon is a great location to spend some time. You have to take a look at Charcoal Point when you're here at Spring Mountain Way, and the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Illahee Spring.
