Briefly about the general area: A tremendous location
to pop by right next door to Spring Mountain Way is Dark Canyon. There's so much to do here at Spring Mountain Way that you need to camp here for a while, Weeping Rock Campground is a good spot for that. So much fun stuff to do here at Spring Mountain Way, too pleasant to be true.
Get yourself into a kayak and hit Copland Creek; do take some time to pop by Ringtail Pine while you're here. You are right next door to Charcoal Point if you're here at Spring Mountain Way; a short journey to Illahee Spring is always worthwhile. If you come at the right time
of year, Steamboat Creek offers some perfect whitewater. Yeah, come up here to the Central Cascade Range for a good time. Rattlesnake Creek is a stream that you may stumble upon while here, and Spring Mountain Way is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Slim Chance Campground
is a delightful local campground. Be careful coming to the Central Cascade Range, you might not ever wanna return home again. Everybody loves Horse Prairie; Boulder Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at. Oak Flats is a glorious location, and Soda Springs is an inspiring location to take a look at while you're here.
