This is a long hiking and backpacking trail, so do pack enough food to last the whole trip. Being 17.8 miles long; it's considered a longer trek. This backcountry walk should take you about 2.5 days, so better have big a backpack to fit all the stuff you need. There's not much difference in elevation along Snowshoe Lake Trail, so you wonít have to worry about different climate zones along your trek.
